Terms of Service

1. Services

truebluegardens.com is an automated website template platform for local trade and garden businesses. Your subscription includes:

• Mobile-first business website generated from Layout 1 or Layout 2 (fixed templates, no custom design)
• Built-in fields for Google Business Profile integration (website URL for your Maps listing)
• Hosting, SSL, domain and DNS management via the platform
• Ongoing platform maintenance, uptime monitoring, and subscription management

All services are delivered electronically through the platform. You are responsible for providing accurate business details (name, phone, service areas, and photos during setup).

2. Billing & subscriptions

By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing processed through our payment provider (Creem):

• Monthly plan: $299 AUD activation (one-time) + $49 AUD per month for platform subscription
• Annual plan (first payment): $269 AUD activation ($299 @ 10% off) + $529 AUD per year for platform subscription ($49 × 12 @ 10% off) — $798 total
• Annual renewals: $529 AUD per year, billed automatically

First payment includes the activation fee plus your chosen platform subscription. Renewals are charged automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Automated renewal reminders are sent approximately two weeks before renewal.

3. Provisioning & scope

After payment and layout selection (1 or 2) at checkout, the platform provisions your site automatically from the chosen template. You may upload team and works photos during account setup; if none are provided, professional template images are applied by default.

The platform includes self-service content fields (phone, services, suburbs, text) and media upload slots. Custom design, additional pages, or features outside the included template scope are not available under standard subscriptions.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the platform or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. The one-time activation fee is non-refundable after the refund window described in our Refund Policy.

If payment fails or your subscription is not renewed, we may suspend hosting and site access until payment is restored.

5. Changes to services

The platform may update features, security, hosting infrastructure, or subscription inclusions to maintain optimal performance. Your chosen layout template will not be materially changed without your agreement.
