Terms of Service

1. Services

We provide digital growth solutions for local trade and garden businesses, including:

  • Mobile-first business website deployment (Layout 1 or Layout 2 — fixed templates, no custom design)
  • Google Business Profile guidance (linking your website URL to your Maps listing)
  • Hosting, SSL, domain and DNS management
  • Ongoing maintenance and limited content updates under your care plan

All services are delivered electronically or via remote account management. You are responsible for providing accurate business details (name, phone, service areas, and photos where applicable).

2. Billing & subscriptions

By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing processed through our payment provider (Dodo Payments):

  • Monthly plan: $299 AUD setup (one-time) + $49 AUD per month for hosting and care
  • Annual plan (first payment): $269 AUD setup ($299 @ 10% off) + $529 AUD per year for hosting and care ($49 × 12 @ 10% off) — $798 total
  • Annual renewals: $529 AUD per year, billed automatically

First payment includes the setup fee plus your chosen care plan. Renewals are charged automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We send a friendly reminder approximately two weeks before renewal.

3. Delivery & scope

After payment and confirmation of your layout choice (1 or 2), we aim to deploy your site within 48 hours. You may email team and works photos after payment; if none are provided, professional template images are used so your site still goes live on time.

Care plans include up to one content update per month (phone, services, suburbs, text) and team/works photo swaps on request. Custom design, additional pages, or work outside the included scope may require a separate quote.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable after the refund window described in our Refund Policy.

If payment fails or your subscription is not renewed, we may suspend hosting and site access until payment is restored.

5. Changes to services

We may update platform features, security, hosting infrastructure, or care-plan inclusions to maintain optimal performance. We will not materially change your chosen layout template without your agreement.
