7-day satisfaction guarantee
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for all new service subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the initial website setup or the digital assets provided, you may request a full refund of your first payment (setup fee plus your first care-plan charge) within 7 days of that payment.
To request a refund, email klmeyhcs@gmail.com with your business name and payment date. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
If a refund is approved, your site will be taken offline and access to hosted services will end. Refunds are processed through our payment provider to your original payment method.
After the 7-day period
After the initial 7-day period, all care-plan payments (monthly or annual) are non-refundable, as hosting, storage, and maintenance resources have been allocated to your account.
The 7-day guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only. Renewal payments ($49/month or $529/year) are not eligible for the satisfaction guarantee.
Subscription cancellations
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to hosting and care services until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
To cancel, email klmeyhcs@gmail.com before your next renewal date. Automatic renewals via Dodo Payments will stop once cancellation is confirmed.

Nothing in this policy limits your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
